Nucleus Tri-Mode 4GL free and
aggressively priced with QM
Binary Star, the creators of the Nucleus 4GL will be porting Nucleus to run with QM.
Nucleus for QM/Windows is now available; Nucleus for QM/Linux will soon be available.
Pricing is truly excellent. Developer engines will be free, as will the first 3 users. Additional users will cost just $72 per user.
Nucleus is not available as an open source product, and thus is not usable with the open source version of QM except as permitted by the GPL covering OpenQM.
More important, template-driven Nucleus is an outstanding product. A single program definition can be run in either Green Screen, GUI (using AccuTerm) or Web modes.
Remember: to minimize your development costs with Nucleus, you can also sign up as a registered QM developer, and get a free copy of the QM engine, in Windows, Linux, or BSD, for development use.
